John has been in manufacturing since 1984, he started out working in a tool room and worked his way through the plant eventually settling in the sales department.  John joined GINJIM in 1988 and moved to Chicago to open up a sales office there.  His strenghts are the steel industry and in depth engineering work.  His territory is Illinois and the rest of Wisconsin.

Jim has been in the field of manufacturing for over 40 years, startingas a purchasing agent at AJ Oster in Milwaukee before moving to Parker Pen in Janesville Wisconsin.  He started GINJIM in 1982 moving to the other side of the desk into sales.  His strengths are Plastic Resins and Engineering.  Jim's territory is southern Wisconsin
